KVKK Privacy Notice

This information notice has been prepared by the data controller providing services under the "Webinta" brand and webinta.com, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

Personal data processed

• Identity and contact: Name, phone, e-mail, company name and message content you share via contact/quote forms, WhatsApp, phone or e-mail.
• Customer transaction and finance: Contract, invoice and payment details (legal name, tax office/number, address) if you purchase a service.
• Site usage data (only with your cookie consent): Truncated IP address, device and browser information, approximate location, pages visited, clicks, scrolling and anonymised session recordings. See the Cookie Policy.
• Security: Server access logs kept by our hosting provider (IP address, date/time, requested page).

Purposes

Responding to your request and preparing quotes; concluding and performing contracts, invoicing; managing customer relations; keeping the website secure; improving the site and our services with visitor statistics; complying with legal obligations and requests from competent authorities.

Collection method and legal grounds

Data is collected, partly by automated means, through forms on our website, WhatsApp, phone, e-mail, cookies and server logs. Legal grounds: conclusion or performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c), compliance with a legal obligation (5/2-ç), establishment, exercise or protection of a right (5/2-e), our legitimate interest provided it does not harm your fundamental rights (5/2-f) and, for analytics cookies, your explicit consent (5/1).

Transfers

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to our hosting provider (Hostinger), our messaging provider (WhatsApp / Meta Platforms), analytics providers (Google LLC, Microsoft Corp.; only with your consent), our accountant and legally authorised public bodies. As some of these providers' servers are located abroad, transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 KVKK.

Retention

Personal data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the periods set by law (e.g. 10 years for commercial books and records), and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Analytics data is set to be kept for at most 14 months.

Your rights

Under Article 11 KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed and request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request deletion or destruction under Article 7 KVKK and notification of these actions to third parties, to object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

How to apply

You can send requests with a secure electronic signature or from the e-mail address registered with us to [email protected], together with information verifying your identity, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
